🧠 Did you know?
When you create with your hands, your frontal lobe (the decision-making, overthinking part of your brain) actually goes quiet — leaving you more refreshed and focused after. the focus and concentration on doing this activity, on creating, takes the space of other over-functioning brain activity. Afterwards, you’re refreshed. This builds resilience. You’re more connected with yourself. Hence, when you return to your tasks, your to-do list, you’re able to focus better.
Oh — and you’re going to want see the Break It Booth.
The Art Lab RX has offered a special price for Power of She to access their Break-It-Booth this summer!
Let go of frustrations, unhelpful thought patterns, and more, as you whip objects into the booth and experience the rush of release. You will then select beads, baubles and bling to combine with the pieces you broke to create a one-of-a-kind mosaic. The end result is a beautiful art piece that transforms a perspective, instilling hope and healing.
