July calendars fill up fast, families are in full summer mode, and many at the lake. But for those of you who ARE in town — PoShe is gathering. On a patio. In July. As it should be.
No topic. No speaker. No agenda. Just good company, fresh air, and a chance to connect with the women in this community in a way that a structured evening doesn't always allow.
Expect a smaller, more intimate group — which honestly makes for some of the best PoShe moments. This is your chance to hear what's happening in each other's worlds, make some new introductions, and get to know the women behind the name tags a little better.
One ask: please register early. It's a holiday week and we want to plan ahead for the group. The sooner we know you're coming, the better we can take care of you.

The Mental Health Reset for Women Who Give Everything
A real, grounded conversation for the woman who pours into everyone else — and is ready to pour into herself.
You do a lot. Probably too much. And somewhere between running a business, showing up for your family, serving your people, and keeping it all moving — you forgot to check on the person holding it all together.
You.
June is a natural pivot point. School's out, schedules shift, and the juggle takes on a whole new shape. It's also the perfect moment to ask yourself an honest question: Am I actually okay?
This isn't a conversation about bubble baths and saying no to things. It's about sustainability. Clarity. And the radical act of putting yourself back on your own list.
Our featured speaker is Sue Riekels — CEO, Licensed Therapist, Coach, and Speaker — whose work lives at the intersection of psychological depth and real-world leadership. Sue helps professionals identify the cultural and gender messages that quietly shape how we lead, give, and show up. The "shoulds" we absorbed from an early age about strength, emotions, and worth. Messages that can fuel incredible achievement — and also create serious disconnection and exhaustion.
This is the space to get honest. To recognize what's actually going on. And to remember that the most powerful thing you can do for your business, your family, and your people is to stop running on empty.
You've poured into everyone and everything. Come let someone pour into you.

South Metro Event
This May, we're honoring the women who shaped us. The mothers, the mentors, the friends who showed up when it mattered and the quiet leaders who taught us how to keep going.
Our South Metro gathering brings the same heart as our North Metro bloom night with its own twist. You'll hear the story of Elevate Hope House and the mission behind supporting young moms experiencing homelessness, and then floral expert Jessica Schaum of Cedar Rae Floral is stepping in to make your Bloom Bar experience even more beautiful.
Jessica is bringing her professional eye to our Bloom Bar with hands-on tips you'll actually use long after the petals dry. She'll walk you through how to choose the best flowers at your local grocery store (yes, the grocery store), how to make your blooms last longer at home and how to put together an arrangement that looks like it came from a florist using nothing more than what's in the everyday floral section. Whether you're the woman who always has a fresh bouquet on your table or the one who's never successfully kept flowers alive past Tuesday, Jessica is going to meet you where you are and send you home with something gorgeous.
You don't have to be a mom to feel this one. If you've ever been guided by a woman who believed in you before you believed in yourself, this night is for you. Come for the story. Stay for the flowers. Leave with a new skill and a bouquet that proves you've got more bloom in you than you thought.
DIRECTIONS & PARKING TIPS: Wings Mortgage is directly across from Wild Bill’s Restaurant. [Hint: If you don’t see Wild Bill’s, you’re not at the right place] Google may take you to the back of the building off 147th and that’s not right either. Find Wild Bills and enter the doors directly across from them. Park on the left of the front of the building; Enter to the left of the building by the patio.

May Event
This May, we're honoring the women who shaped us. The mothers, the mentors, the friends who showed up when it mattered and the quiet leaders who taught us how to keep going.
Our guest speaker is Melinda McDermott, founder of Elevate Hope House, an organization she launched in the middle of a pandemic to provide housing and support for young moms experiencing homelessness. Melinda knows what it means to start from a hard place and build something beautiful. As a young mom herself, she turned her own story into a mission and she's going to share what she's learned about saying yes when it's scary, showing up for your community and making a real impact without waiting for the perfect moment.
This one lands the Wednesday before Mother's Day, so we're making it count. Melinda is bringing a Flower Bar where you'll build your own bouquet to take home, gift to someone you love or keep on your kitchen counter as a reminder that you deserve flowers on a Wednesday. Every bouquet supports Elevate Hope House's next home for young moms and their children.
You don't have to be a mom to feel this one. If you've ever been guided by a woman who believed in you before you believed in yourself, this night is for you. Come for the story. Stay for the flowers. Leave ready to bloom a little louder.
Our PoShe events foster a collaborative and supportive environment, encouraging women to connect, learn from one another, and uplift each other in their personal and professional pursuits.
